A whole side of beef is typically 500lbs of finished angus cross grass-fed, grain-finished beef locally raised in Wagoner County. A half side of beef is typically 250lbs. Pricing is based on the hanging carcass weight. Buyers will custom order their beef. Things like thickness of steaks, size of roasts, round steaks or ground beef instead...you decide exactly how you want your meat packaged! Don't worry if you aren't sure, we will help.

Half or Whole Sides of Beef
STEP ONE: PRE-ORDER with 10% down payment based on estimated hanging weight of 720lbs.
STEP TWO: Remaining amount due will be assessed in two additional payments at weaning (50%), and pick-up (40%).
If your half or whole side is more than 250lbs and 500lbs, respectively, then you will pay a little more than 40% at final payment; conversely you will pay a little less. All processing fees are included in the price, no hidden fees.
